Abstract: In the new Jingda treatment route, Edvance adopts a separate treatment method of high concentration waste gas and low concentration waste gas. The high concentration waste gas of printing machine and compound machine is treated by RTO. Through full-automatic LEL air reduction and enrichment of printing machine, and the waste heat generated after RTO treatment is recycled, the treatment efficiency reaches 99.5%, the emission is less than 30mg, and the stable ultra-low emission is achieved, At the same time, the economic benefits of waste heat recycling are greatly realized.
