Working principle of regenerative oxidation furnace
The principle of the overall oxygen enrichment effect furnace of the regenerative oxidation furnace is to heat the treatable garbage gas to above 760 ℃, and the overall oxygen enrichment effect of VOC in the garbage gas is decomposed into two overall oxygen enrichment effects, carbon and water. The hot baking gas generated by the overall oxygen enrichment effect flows through the special ceramic heat storage body, so that the ceramic heat storage body is heated to "store heat" for preheating the subsequent treatable garbage gas. Therefore, because the garbage gas is heated, fuel consumption is saved.

What is regenerative oxidation furnace?
Regenerative oxidation furnace is an incinerator with heat storage function, which mainly uses the incinerator to burn or oxidize organic waste gas into water and carbon dioxide under the action of catalyst, so as to achieve the effect of waste gas treatment. RCO regenerative catalytic oxidation furnace has the characteristics of low combustion temperature, saving waste gas treatment and combustion cost, and high safety due to the role of catalyst. It is an ideal equipment for treating organic pollutants with catalyst catalytic reaction (without open flame). The exhaust gas is preheated through the ceramic material filling layer (bottom layer) for heat storage and heat exchange. The temperature almost reaches the temperature set by the catalytic oxidation of the catalytic layer (intermediate layer), at which time some pollutants are oxidized and decomposed.
