Technology of Precision Coating
Precision coating technology can be applied to IC, PCB, photoelectric, people's livelihood, medical and other industries. First of all, we must define why the coating technology is. The so-called broad coating, by definition, covers a wide range of coating. The coating technology developed by the Industrial Research Institute is roller coating technology. Precision coating: First, a roll of substrate (such as PP, PET, PI, copper foil, etc.) is coated on the substrate through the coating device, and then the solvent is removed through the drying process, rolled into a roll for finished or semi-finished products. A simple example is the production of adhesive tape. The production process is to cover the pressure-sensitive adhesive on OPP or PVC, dry and wind it in an oven, and then sell it after packaging. However, this coating process is relatively simple (we call it the traditional precision coating method).

Classification of precision coating methods
Traditional coating methods, such as comma coating or roller coating, are simple and easy to operate, but can only produce low value products with a unit price of less than 10 yuan/square meter. Moreover, this coating method belongs to the open operation mode, which will cause the problem of solvent volatilization and affect the health of operators. Nowadays, the awareness of environmental protection is becoming more and more important, and it is necessary to make appropriate adjustments.
