1、 LEL fully automatic air reduction and enrichment
Before air reduction, the air exhaust volume of each printing line is large. Under the condition of fixed vehicle speed and exhaust air volume, the VOCs concentration of color decks with small printing volume is low under this exhaust air volume. Even for full version color decks, the VOCs concentration in exhaust air will not be very high. Low concentration production emissions will have advantages in terms of safety. However, from the perspective of energy consumption, the more exhaust air, the higher the energy consumption of the oven. The more exhaust air, the lower the VOCs concentration, which is not conducive to the self maintenance of RTO. The higher the energy consumption of RTO equipment, the cumulative increase of the total energy consumption of production equipment.

2、 RTO
After the intaglio printing line exhaust air is reduced and enriched, the organic waste gas can be directly connected to the RTO for combustion treatment. In general, since the concentration of the waste gas can reach the equilibrium concentration (about 1.8g/m3) required for RTO self maintenance, the RTO basically does not consume fuel during normal operation, but only consumes power to maintain the operation of the equipment. RTO air volume is calculated according to 60000 m/h. RTO adopts three chamber structure, with thermal efficiency of 95% and removal rate of more than 99%.
3、 Waste heat recycling
After air reduction and concentration increase, the concentration is increased, so there is a certain amount of waste heat available for use in the waste gas after RTO treatment.
