On June 30, China's conveyor belt industry coal to gas and VOCs governance technology innovation forum was held in Oren Tape Branch. China Rubber Industry Mining Conveyor Belt Technology Center, Yangquan Enterprise Technology Center and Taiyuan University of Science and Technology Cooperation Base were also unveiled. Deng Yali, President of China Rubber Industry Association, Cui Jianjun, Executive Vice General Manager of the Group and other leaders attended the forum.
Yangquan Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., formerly known as Yangquan Mining Bureau, was established in January 1950. Now it is one of the five major coal groups in Shanxi Province and is under the direct supervision of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Shanxi Province. Yangmei Group was successfully listed in 2003 and ranked among the top 500 in the world in 2013.
It is understood that the technical transformation project of coal to gas and VOCs compliance control project of Oren Tape Branch was approved in February 2015. In the early stage, experts were invited to conduct extensive argumentation and many field investigations, forming a coal to gas and VOCs treatment plan. In the section of coal to gas, the existing two 5 million calorie heat transfer oil boilers were eliminated, and two 1 million calorie heat transfer oil boilers were purchased to provide industrial heat for eight production lines of rubber vulcanization. The PVC conveyor belt production line was changed to a direct fired oven under negative pressure designed and manufactured by ATI Group to realize the organized emission of flue gas; For the treatment of VOCs, the treatment method of biological washing+low-temperature plasma is adopted for the rubber refining and rubber vulcanization process, and the treatment method of electrostatic precipitation+ionic liquid absorption is adopted for the PVC plasticization process.
After consulting data, field investigation, research and discussion in the early stage, the expert group agreed that the coal to gas and VOCs control project of Aolun Belt Branch of Yangquan Coal Industry Group met the requirements of the regional VOCs control standards, and it is the unit that has passed the assessment of the Chinese conveyor belt industry, with the significance of promotion and demonstration. The direct fired plasticized PVC flame-retardant conveyor belt production line designed by Aolun Belt Branch of Yangquan Coal Industry Group is the first in the industry and the production line with current domestic technology level.
Cui Jianjun said in his speech that in recent years, Yangmei Group has actively practiced the "five development concepts", earnestly implemented the new Environmental Protection Law and the overall deployment of the provincial party committee and government to promote ecological civilization construction and promote transformation and upgrading, vigorously implemented the low-carbon development and green development strategies, made full use of the brand effect of the World Top 500, and achieved fruitful development results through comprehensive, in-depth and extensive cooperation with domestic and international scientific research institutions. In the field of conveyor belt, we have made certain achievements in the research and development of new technologies and products of conveyor belt through cooperation with domestic scientific research institutions and colleges such as Shanghai Academy of Coal Sciences and Beijing University of Chemical Technology. At the same time, the technical center of Oren Tape Branch was also recognized by China Rubber Industry Association as the technical center of mining conveyor belt in China's rubber industry, while only three companies in China were recognized. In addition, under the condition that there is no reference scheme and no mature technical guidance, the final research and development of VOCs governance technology and the joint development of direct fired oven organized emission technology with ATI Group have been successfully put into use. It is the first in the domestic conveyor belt industry and also an international innovative technology, which plays an important leading role.

At the meeting, Li Hong, the secretary-general of the Pipe and Belt Branch of China Rubber Industry Association, read the Expert Evaluation Results of VOCs Governance Achievements in China's Conveyor Belt Industry and the Notice on Identifying China's Rubber Industry Technology Center issued by China Rubber Industry Association.
The opening ceremony was held. Deng Yali and Cui Jianjun unveiled the "China Rubber Industry Mining Conveyor Belt Technology Center". Deputy Chief Engineer Lu Yongsheng and Wang Cuncai unveiled the Yangquan Enterprise Technology Center; The person in charge of the Science and Technology Department of Taiyuan University of Science and Technology and the person in charge of the Oron Tape Branch unveiled the production, teaching and research cooperation base of Taiyuan University of Science and Technology.
