In order to maintain rapid development, the improvement of management level is the key, while business process reengineering, the introduction and implementation of management concepts, and informatization all play a supporting role and are basic projects. This year, the company organized special personnel to visit typical customers, invite software manufacturers to the company for research, formulate ERP project proposal, organize manufacturers to make program statement and defense, and select Wuxi Core Software Intelligent Control System Co., Ltd. as the company's ERP system partner on the basis of full understanding of well-known software manufacturers at home and abroad.
On September 18, 2017, the ERP project kick-off meeting of Wuxi Edvance Technology Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room on the first floor. More than 30 people, including Chairman Cao Yuqing, department heads, project team members and Wuxi Core Software Intelligent Control System Co., Ltd., attended the kick-off meeting.
Dr. Cao, Chairman of the Group Company, made a summary speech, deeply expounded the necessity of information construction from a strategic perspective, and emphasized that: seize the opportunity of the company's joint-stock transformation to be listed, comprehensively carry out management reform, and successfully implement the standardized management of the company's ERP with the help of Kingdee's ERP system and successful project implementation experience; Second, the implementation of informatization projects should focus on "three technologies, seven implementations, and twelve data". It is hoped that senior executives and key personnel attending the meeting not only learn technology, but also vigorously support the informatization construction to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of data; Third, "attitude determines everything".
