1、 Source substitution
In the printing process, water-based ink and white ink are used to replace part of solvent ink, and more than 70% of the composite process uses solvent free composite. 2、 Process control
The printing line is sealed to reduce the unorganized smell.
One of the major difficulties in vocs treatment of soft bag enterprises is how to solve the problem of workshop odor (i.e., unorganized exhaust gas). These odors come from areas such as oven circulation concentrated exhaust gas, ink plate volatile exhaust gas, pipeline volatile concentrated exhaust gas, auxiliary material volatile exhaust gas, etc. For this reason, Zhiyoujie adopts the following control modes:
1. Oven circulation of concentrated waste gas: make the oven slightly negative pressure, control the negative pressure around the oven and the coupling gap, and avoid waste gas overflow.
2. Volatile waste gas from ink tray: In terms of production equipment, the ink grooves of the printing unit of the Boster printing machine are all sealed to reduce air exposure and waste gas volatilization. The printing workshop has designed and built a sealed ink dispensing room and an automatic ink dispensing system;
3. Pipe volatile waste gas: the whole workshop has established a centralized solvent control system. All the solvents are transported to the machine use unit through the pipe in a totally closed manner. Carbon steel welding pipes are used to increase the pipe tightness, avoid air leakage from the positive pressure pipes and reduce the source of odor. The solvent transportation scheme not only improves the working efficiency of Zhiyoujie, but also greatly reduces the potential safety hazards in the workshop, and can refine and count the daily solvent usage, thus saving the cost of the enterprise.
4. Volatile waste gas of auxiliary materials: The compound machine is equipped with a separate sealed mixing room to effectively control the emission and volatilization of organic waste gas of ink and solvent. The printing and compound workshop is designed as a 100000 level sealed purification workshop.
3、 End treatment
The organic waste gas treatment and thermal storage incinerator (RTO) of Wuxi Edvance Technology Co., Ltd., the strategic partner of TANN in Asia, has been introduced. The purification efficiency can reach 99.5%, and the organic waste gas can reach the stable standard and ultra-low emissions after treatment!

In order to save energy consumption, before combustion, the organized waste gas discharged from the printing machine and the laminating machine will be reduced by LEL and enriched, and then the discharged voCs waste gas will be piped to RTO for combustion treatment.

The recovered waste heat is sent to the existing heat transfer oil system, and then sent to relevant production equipment.
