The "fully automatic air reduction and concentration increasing system and regenerative thermal oxidation (RTO) equipment" of Wuxi Edvance Technology Co., Ltd. was selected into the National Advanced Pollution Prevention Technology Catalog (in the field of air pollution prevention, noise and vibration control) in 2021.

1. Regenerative thermal oxidation equipment (high efficiency non fading RTO technology)

① Sealing technology: the steel to steel hard sealing technology is used, and the imported high-precision special materials are used to ensure the long-term stable sealing and durability of RTO poppet valve. With the help of advanced high-frequency high-speed switching technology, the VOCs removal rate is greatly improved, ensuring long-term stable ultra-low discharge. The design life of the equipment can reach 20-30 years, and the treatment efficiency is 99% - 99.8%.
② Energy saving technology: High efficiency heat storage technology and negative pressure fixed purge and capture chamber technology are adopted. The thermal efficiency is designed to be 95%~97% according to the actual working conditions. When the concentration of waste gas is above 1.8g, the equipment can enter the self-sustaining operation, and only a small amount of gas and power consumption for normal fan operation are consumed. The patented technology of fixed purging of the capture chamber reduces the overall energy consumption of the equipment.
③ Safety technology: with the help of multiple safety designs, (multiple dual systems and more than 20 safety interlocks) the equipment can be operated in a safe temperature environment from the program and hardware, eliminating the possibility of safety accidents from the source, and there is no safety accident so far.

The concentration of VOCs is continuously and automatically monitored by LEL, the air supply return exhaust volume is automatically controlled, the air circulation system of the oven is optimized, the air volume of the oven exhaust is reduced, and the VOCs are sent to RTO for incineration purification and emission after the VOCs concentration is increased.
Advantages: It can automatically control the exhaust air volume of each color deck, without manual intervention, and has high reliability. It adopts patrol LEL detection, which has both reliability and cost performance.
