　　The construction of a new production base is a strong support for Edvance's capacity expansion and market expansion, and also a new starting point for Edvance's accelerated development. The total land area of the project is 138 mu, the main building area of the plant is 70,000 square meters, the total investment is 1 billion yuan, and the investment in the first phase is 500 million yuan, of which the investment in fixed assets accounts for about 70%. After completion, it will be mainly used for the production of core products of the company, such as regenerative thermal oxidation equipment, series of high-end functional film coating and film making equipment, high-performance heat stable PET polyester materials, etc. It is expected to be completed and put into production in the first half of 2022.

　　After reaching the production capacity, the annual production capacity of 300 sets of regenerative thermal oxidation equipment, 50 sets of double-sided high-speed coating equipment for lithium battery diaphragm and more than 1000 tons of IOT electronic label substrate can be formed, and 300-500 jobs can be provided.

　Edvance has deeply explored a safe, reliable, stable, up to standard, cost-effective, low emission and sustainable VOCs waste gas treatment method. At present, it has 54 authorized utility model patents and 3 authorized invention patents. It has been successively rated as a private science and technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province, a small and medium-sized science and technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province, and a national high-tech enterprise. Its equipment has also been recognized as a "high-tech product".
At present, more than 2000 sets of RTO equipment have been sold and installed around the world. The biggest feature of the equipment is that it is highly efficient for a long time and does not decline. Rely on three advantages: core technology - steel to steel hard seal; 5 dual systems and more than 20 safety interlocks ensure safety from the source; Strong after-sales support. It has provided a full set of waste gas treatment schemes for nearly 300 domestic enterprises in the printing, coating and spraying industries. The main customers include China Tobacco Group, Aoke Group, Jinjia Group, Henkel, General Motors, Donnelly Group, Amko Group, Bimashi, Alcan, Volkswagen, Solvay, CIMC, Yanfeng Group, Sinopec, Building Materials Group and other customers in different industries.
