Early next year, it will deeply participate in the harmless treatment of semiconductor sludge in Wuxi, Suzhou and Nanjing, While new technologies help the development of integrated circuit industry, the annual output value of enterprises will also increase by nearly 200 million yuan.
In September this year, the development plan of the Taihu Bay Science and Innovation Belt was released, which clearly stated that it was necessary to explore and build a green low-carbon circular development industrial system around the Taihu Lake, integrate it into the Yangtze River Delta regional pollution prevention and control cooperation mechanism, and promote the organic integration of ecological protection and industrial development. As an important node of the Taihu Bay Science and Innovation Belt, Binhu District continues to give play to the advantages of rich science and innovation resources. Guided by industrial demand, a number of local environmental protection high-tech enterprises are constantly helping to supplement and extend the chain of emerging industries such as integrated circuits, biomedicine, high-end manufacturing, so as to enhance the green development momentum of the industry.
It is reported that the alliance will closely follow the integration and high-quality development, and accurately connect the scientific research force, enterprise technology and industrial demand. As an important node unit in the alliance, Xuelang Environment, which plays the role of technology research and development direction in the field of industrial hazardous waste disposal, will further increase its efforts in technology research and development with scientific research institutes after joining the alliance.
"The annual sludge disposal capacity of the new technology will reach 100000 tons, double the traditional disposal efficiency." Zhang Hongxing, the technical director, told reporters that while the new technology promotes the environmental discharge of semiconductor sludge, it can also realize the efficient reuse of heavy metals such as copper, zinc, nickel in the sludge.
"The annual organic waste gas treatment capacity is 60000 tons, ranking among the top five in China." According to Cao Yuqing, the chairman of Edvance, after the introduction of the Taihu Bay Science and Innovation Belt Development Plan, in order to respond to the needs of front-end "green production", the technical cooperation between the company and research institutes in Wuxi, Shanghai and other places is also deepening, and new orders from biomedical, high-end manufacturing and other fields are increasing.
At the beginning of June, Wuxi Changsheng Adhesive Products Co., Ltd., which signed green production technology cooperation with Edvance, can save about 500000 yuan of energy consumption a year through the environmental protection transformation of key energy using equipment.
On November 18, the Gold Award for Innovation Achievements of the 2020 World Internet of Things Expo was released. The new technology of "pollutant identification, monitoring and big data analysis and processing" independently developed by Lanchuang Intelligent made up for the technical gaps in the comprehensive application of new sensors, intelligent access and system integration in the domestic environmental monitoring industry.
