No. 1 composite flexible packaging workshop covers an area of 13500 square meters, with a building area of 27000 square meters. It is a 100000 level purification workshop with two layers of frame structure. It is planned to invest 8 production lines and related auxiliary equipment. At present, it has 6 high-speed full-automatic printing equipment, including 4 Swiss Boster printing presses (one in ten colors, two in nine colors, and one in eight colors) and 2 Shaanxi Beiren printing presses (one in ten colors, and one in nine colors). The speed can reach 400m/min. At present, the compound workshop has 3 Italian Nordemaker solvent-free compound machines and 3 Shaanxi Beiren dry compound machines. At present, there are 7 sets of Ted high-speed full-automatic slitters in the slitting workshop. At present, there are 8 medium sealing bag making machines, 5 three-way sealing bag making machines, 2 multi-functional zipper bag making machines, and 2 Shanghai Zhoutai multi-functional eight side sealing bag making machines in the bag making workshop, which can meet customers' needs for different bag types. 4. Volatile waste gas of auxiliary materials: The compound machine is equipped with a separate sealed mixing room to effectively control the emission and volatilization of organic waste gas of ink and solvent. The printing and compound workshop is designed as a 100000 level sealed purification workshop.
