In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Improving the Evaluation Mechanism of Scientific and Technological Achievements and the Measures for Scientific and Technological Evaluation, and in accordance with the standards and procedures for the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements, the China Environmental Protection Federation, based on the principles of science, independence, objectivity and impartiality, has Hou Li'an, an academician of the CAE Member and a professor of the Rocket Army Engineering University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, as the chairman, and Ma Yongliang, a professor of Tsinghua University, as the deputy chairman, Five industry experts, Ye Daiqi, a professor of South China University of Technology, Xie Qiang, a professor of China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), and Wang Minyan, a senior engineer of Beijing Academy of Ecological and Environmental Protection Sciences, formed an expert committee to jointly evaluate the scientific and technological achievements of the project "Key Technical Equipment and Application of Low Consumption and High Efficiency Purification of Medium and High Concentration Organic Waste Gas" completed by Wuxi ATI Group Technology Co., Ltd.
As the achievement completion unit, Wuxi ATI Group Technology Co., Ltd. made a detailed report on the "key technical equipment and application of low consumption and high efficiency purification of medium and high concentration organic waste gas", including project background, technical principles, technical characteristics, technology comparison at home and abroad, promotion and application, etc. Hou Li'an, the chairman of the Evaluation Expert Committee and academician of the CAE Member, highly praised the work done by the achievement completion unit. During the period, the expert group listened carefully to the report of the completion unit on the key equipment and process research and development, engineering application, etc. of the project, and reviewed the test report, novelty search report, user report, research paper, patent award and other relevant materials. After careful inquiry and full discussion, the expert group agreed that the project meets the requirements of the national "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" for pollution and carbon reduction, and the technical achievements are innovative and leading. The high-precision steel to steel hard sealing technology developed by ATI Group has greatly improved the tightness and durability of the poppet valve; Design and adopt multiple dual systems and safety interlocks to eliminate hidden dangers from the source and reduce system safety risks; High efficiency heat storage technology, negative pressure fixed purging and capture chamber technology and LEL automatic air reduction and concentration technology are used to effectively reduce the overall energy consumption of the equipment. The key technologies and equipment for low consumption and high efficiency purification of medium and high concentration organic waste gas developed by the project are characterized by high VOCs removal rate, long-term non attenuation, high thermal efficiency and safe operation;
The key technologies and equipment of the project have been widely used in VOCs treatment projects in packaging, printing, coating, spraying and other industries, with significant economic and social benefits; It can be applied to the treatment of medium and high concentration VOCs waste gas in petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. The experts at the meeting agreed that the achievements of the ATI Group project have generally reached the international leading level.
The "fully automatic air reduction and concentration increasing system and regenerative thermal oxidation (RTO) equipment" of ATI Group has been assessed by the expert committee to reach the international leading level, which is an affirmation of ATI Group's relevant technology and development philosophy.
