This is the development goal of Wuxi ATI Group Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ATI Group"). The company has occupied half of the domestic market since its establishment 11 years ago.

This is the development goal of Wuxi ATI Group Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ATI Group"). The company has occupied half of the domestic market since its establishment 11 years ago.
At present, the company has 54 authorized utility model patents and 3 authorized invention patents. It has been successively rated as a private science and technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province, a small and medium-sized science and technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province, a high-tech enterprise, etc.
Environmental protection is the theme of the world today. In 2008, Cao Yuqing, who had studied in the United States for 8 years and obtained a doctor's degree, returned to China to start his own business. He was determined to explore a safe, reliable, stable, up to standard, cost-effective, low emission, and sustainable VOCS waste gas treatment method using the technology he learned abroad. The next year, ATI Group was founded.
With the continuous improvement of market awareness, in 2014, ATI Group acquired an American coating equipment company, from which it entered the field of RTO in an all-round way, and constantly developed exhaust gas treatment schemes suitable for China's national conditions.
According to Cao Yuqing, the chairman of ATI Group, this pure imported RTO has high efficiency in waste gas treatment, but it is expensive; Although the price of domestic products is low, due to the low starting point of technology, the energy consumption is high, and the treatment effect is not ideal. More importantly, the organic waste gas is flammable and explosive, and it is very easy to cause accidents if not properly treated.
Cao Yuqing said that in order to ensure the safe operation of the equipment, the company adopted more than 20 safety interlock designs, including the combination of soft and hard controls, the combination of electrical and gas controls, dual natural gas pipelines, dual temperature control sensors, and dual pressure, to eliminate the risk from the source.

The valve does not deform or leak after 240000 times of switching, making the waste gas removal rate as high as 99%~99.8%, and the design life of the product reaching 30 years. In 2002, the printing industry RTO equipment installed for Shanghai Donnelly Group has been running stably for 18 years, and the operation and maintenance costs can be almost ignored.
Due to the application of high-quality ceramic heat storage and unique thermal insulation design, the heat exchange efficiency of ceramic media can reach more than 95%. When the concentration of waste gas reaches more than 2 grams, the RTO equipment can maintain its self-sustaining, greatly reducing the customer's natural gas consumption.
In addition, it also provides users with professional value-added services such as wind reduction and concentration enhancement, oven transformation, waste heat recycling, etc., further optimizing the originally low energy consumption system to achieve higher emission reduction and energy saving effects. He took Henan Xuchang Yongchang Printing Co., Ltd. for example to install the company's RTO equipment. The air volume of the equipment was reduced from 70000 to 30000, which not only reduced the energy consumption of RTO to, but also reduced the steam consumption required for heating by more than 40%. According to the customer's energy consumption tracking, the annual production cost was reduced by more than 950000 yuan.
