How to maintain the high-speed coater correctly?

No matter what mechanical equipment is, as long as it is operated and maintained correctly, the service life of our products will not be short. The same is true in our coater industry. Let's talk about the correct maintenance methods of our coater. We hope that everyone can operate and maintain the coater regularly.

Generally, our high-speed tape coater is normally used in the coating production process of BOPP sealing adhesive tape. The basic working process is to apply a layer of professional glue, paint or ink to the rolled substrate, and roll it after drying. Maintenance methods of coater are as follows:
1. The stainless steel in the cleaning section shall be clean and free of water marks;
2. The transmission stability of the coater must be guaranteed, the speed can be adjusted, and there are more than 3 frequency converters;
3. The pressure of the coater shall be free of fragments and wrong pieces;
