Working principle of screen coater: The straight frame is equipped with equipment capable of clamping the screen frame. The front and back of the screen area are horizontal coating structures, which are composed of coating grooves and mechanical or pneumatic components that control the viewpoint and pressure of the coating grooves.

Working process of coater: before coating, load the clean and stretched screen plate from the front of the coater, and some models can also load the screen plate from the side. Among the models planned for large format mesh frames, the side mounted version is more common. Because the mesh frame is large and bulky, the side mounted version can reduce the lifting and moving amount. When the active screen coater is running online with other active screen processing equipment, it is more convenient to install the plate from the side.
