In the key period from May to September, we will increase the emission reduction of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and nitrogen oxides, and carry out five key actions, including the source substitution action of VOCs containing raw and auxiliary materials, the VOCs pollution control compliance action, the nitrogen oxides pollution control improvement action Actions to build an accurate ozone prevention and control system and to improve the regulatory capacity of pollution sources. By 2025, the growth trend of ozone concentration will be effectively curbed. The number of days with good air quality in China will reach 87.5%, and the total emissions of VOCs and nitrogen oxides will decrease by more than 10% compared with 2020.
The Action Plan for Pollution Control of Diesel Trucks focuses on Beijing Tianjin Hebei and its surrounding areas, the Yangtze River Delta, relevant provinces (cities) in the Fenwei Plain and the central and western cities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, strengthens the coordinated prevention and control of departments and regions, and carries out five key actions, including promoting the "public to rail" and "public to water" actions, the diesel truck cleaning action, and the comprehensive control action of non road mobile sources Key vehicle enterprises strengthened regulatory actions and joint law enforcement actions for diesel trucks. By 2025, the transportation structure, vehicle and ship structure will be significantly cleaner and low-carbon, the fuel quality will continue to improve, the excessive black smoke of motor vehicles, ships, engineering machinery and railway diesel locomotives in key regions will be basically eliminated, the national diesel truck emission detection pass rate will exceed 90%, the national diesel truck nitrogen oxide emissions will decrease by 12%, and the proportion of new energy and national six emission standard trucks will strive to exceed 40%, The proportion of railway freight volume increased by 0.5%.
The Ministry of Ecology and Environment will regularly schedule the progress of key tasks in various regions, report the improvement of air quality, and promote the completion of relevant goals in the year and the end of the landmark campaign as an important part of the assessment of the effectiveness of the in-depth pollution prevention campaign.
