On September 22, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment announced ten typical cases of fugitive emission of volatile organic compounds, involving companies located in Jingjiang City, Taizhou, Nantong Hi tech Zone, Huishan District, Yixing City, Wuxi, Tongshan District, Xuzhou, Jiangning District, Yizheng City, Hanjiang District, Huai'an Economic Development Zone, Suqian Siyang County, etc.
Specific cases are as follows:
Case 1: A company in Jingjiang City, Taizhou City is suspected of unorganized emission of volatile organic waste gas
On September 6, the inspection found that the catalytic combustion waste gas treatment facility of the unit had been shut down for a long time and could not be opened. The portable detector shows VOCs107.2mg/m at the entrance and exit of the workshop ³； Some unsaturated resins and epoxy resins in the mixing section are placed in the open, and VOCs at the open are 691.4mg/m ³， A large number of volatile organic compounds are directly discharged without collection and treatment. The local ecological environment department has filed a case for investigation.
Case 2: A company in Nantong High tech Zone suspected of unorganized emission of volatile organic waste gas
On September 10, the inspection found that the paint spraying room of the unit was equipped with a secondary activated carbon adsorption treatment device. At the time of inspection, the unit was preparing for painting operation, several paint buckets were open on site, and the portable detector showed VOCs6411mg/m ³， Waste gas treatment facilities are not opened, and organic waste gas is discharged unorganized through open doors and windows. The local ecological environment department has filed a case for investigation.
Case 3: A company in Huishan District, Wuxi City is suspected of unorganized emission of volatile organic waste gas
On August 25, the inspection found that the unit's storage tank did not collect breathing gas, the top of the intermediate storage tank was equipped with a movable top cover, and the portable detector detected that the VOCs around the top cover were 382.6ppm; The top covers of two centrifugal liquid storage tanks are open, and the VOCs are 1599ppm; The top cover of a finished product storage tank is open, and the VOCs are 30.65ppm; The production workshop is not sealed, and VOCs20.74ppm is in front of the workshop gate. Case 4: A company in Tongshan District, Xuzhou City is suspected of unorganized emission of volatile organic waste gas
On September 12, the inspection found that the workers of the unit were painting in the open air, the structural parts were laid flat on the site, and some structural parts had been painted. The painting process of the unit was not carried out in the confined space, and the organic waste gas was discharged to the external environment without organization. The local ecological environment department has filed a case for investigation.
Case 5: A company in Jiangning District, Nanjing is suspected of unorganized emission of volatile organic waste gas
On September 11, the inspection found that the unit's paint booth was not sealed and equipped with pollution prevention facilities, and VOCs generated in the paint spraying process were directly discharged. The detection of the portable detector shows that the VOCs above the open paint bucket are 103.7ppm, and the VOCs above the open additive bucket are 80ppm. The solvents are not sealed. The local ecological environment department has filed a case for investigation.
Case 6: A company in Yixing City, Wuxi City is suspected of unorganized emission of volatile organic waste gas
On September 4, the inspection found that the production raw materials of the unit contained unsaturated resin, the activated carbon filter adsorption device was not installed according to the environmental assessment requirements, the manual brushing process was not carried out in a confined space, was not collected and treated, the organic waste gas was discharged unorganized through the doors and windows, and the portable detector showed VOCs 72.24mg/mg ³。 The local ecological environment department has filed a case for investigation.
Case 7: A company in Yizheng City, Yangzhou City is suspected of unorganized emission of volatile organic waste gas
On September 9, the inspection found that the doors and windows of the paint mixing room were open and the paint mixing process was not closed; The effect of waste gas collection in the steel bucket workshop is poor, and the portable detector shows that the VOCs at the entrance of the workshop are 7.2ppm; The painting line is not completely sealed, VOCs is 46.63ppm, and organic waste gas is discharged unorganized. Case 8: A company in Huai'an Economic Development Zone is suspected of unorganized emission of volatile organic waste gas
On September 6, the inspection found that the unit used VOCs containing raw materials, and the portable detector showed that the VOCs in the air drying area were 60.47mg/m ³， No supporting collection and treatment facilities have been built. VOCs278mg/m in stirred tank ³， The exhaust fan beside the mixing kettle is discharging air, the workshop window is not closed, and the waste gas is discharged unorganized. Case 9: A company in Siyang County, Suqian City is suspected of unorganized emission of volatile organic waste gas
On September 12, the inspection found that the unit did not use water-based ink as required by the environmental impact assessment, but actually used oily ink. The waste gas from the silk screen printing workshop was directly discharged through the exhaust fan. The portable detector showed that the VOCs at the opening of the ink bucket were 361.5mg/m ³， VOCs18.59mg/m at exhaust fan ³。 The local ecological environment department has filed a case for investigation.
Case 10: A company in Hanjiang District, Yangzhou City is suspected of unorganized emission of volatile organic waste gas
On September 9, the inspection found that the doors and windows of the paint spraying room of the unit were open, there was a spray gun cleaning bucket in the room, which was filled with gun cleaning solvent, the bucket mouth was open, and the detection of the portable detector showed VOCs2159mg/m ³， A large number of waste paint buckets are stacked outside the paint booth, which is in an open state, and organic waste gas is discharged unorganized.
