Regenerative oxidation furnace is an incinerator with heat storage function, which mainly uses the incinerator to burn or oxidize organic waste gas into water and carbon dioxide under the action of catalyst, so as to achieve the effect of waste gas treatment. RCO regenerative catalytic oxidation furnace has the characteristics of low combustion temperature, saving waste gas treatment and combustion cost, and high safety due to the role of catalyst. It is an ideal equipment for treating organic pollutants with catalyst catalytic reaction (without open flame). The exhaust gas is preheated through the ceramic material filling layer (bottom layer) for heat storage and heat exchange. The temperature almost reaches the temperature set by the catalytic oxidation of the catalytic layer (intermediate layer), at which time some pollutants are oxidized and decomposed.

The waste gas is continuously heated through the heating area (electric heating or natural gas heating) and kept at the set temperature; Then enter the catalytic layer to complete the catalytic oxidation reaction, that is, the reaction generates CO2 and H2O, and releases a lot of heat to achieve the desired treatment effect. Regenerative heat incinerator is also called regenerative oxidation furnace. It is called "regenerative thermal oxidizer", or RTO for short. So far, the application of RTO in the purification of organic waste gas has a history of more than 30 years. It can be said that the technology has been mature and widely used.

The gas after catalytic oxidation enters the filling layer of other ceramic materials and is discharged into the atmosphere through the rotary valve to recover heat energy. The exhaust gas temperature after purification is only slightly higher than that before waste gas treatment. The system operates continuously and automatically. Through the rotary valve, all ceramic filling layers complete the cycle steps of heating, cooling and purification, and the heat can be recovered. Characteristics of RCO regenerative catalytic oxidation furnace

Regenerative oxidation furnace adopts catalyst, which is oxidized and decomposed at medium and low temperature, with short heating time and low exhaust gas temperature; It can remove various organic pollutants at the same time, and has the advantages of simple process, compact equipment, simple operation, long service life, etc; High purification efficiency, generally more than 99%; The utility model has the advantages of low operation cost, simple operation and convenient maintenance, and the heat recovery efficiency can generally reach more than 85%. The whole process does not produce waste water, and the purification process does not produce NOx and other secondary pollution; It can be used together with the oven, and the purified gas can be directly reused in the oven to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction. Scope of application of regenerative oxidation furnace: regenerative oxidation furnace can be used for the treatment of high concentration and large volume organic waste gas generated in petroleum, chemical, plastic, rubber, pharmacy, printing, furniture, textile printing and dyeing, coating, paint, semiconductor manufacturing, synthetic materials and other industries. The types of organic substances that can be treated include benzene, phenol, aldehyde, ketone, ether, ester, alcohol, hydrocarbons, etc.
