How to select VOCs governance technology according to different situations?
All kinds of technologies have their own scope of application. They have different requirements for waste gas composition and concentration, temperature, humidity, air volume and other factors. Therefore, enterprises should consider technical feasibility and economy when selecting treatment technologies.
The figure above intuitively shows the approximate range of organic concentration and waste gas flow applicable to different unit treatment technologies. For the exhaust gas flow, the figure shows the maximum processing capacity of a single set of treatment equipment and the relatively economical flow range. When the waste gas flow is large, multiple sets of equipment can be used for separate treatment.

General principle: in case of high concentration waste gas, the treatment of high concentration and low concentration waste gas shall be separated as far as possible, so as to achieve the goal of maximum treatment efficiency, minimum total emission and minimum energy consumption.
Waste gas with low concentration and large air volume: it is advisable to use activated carbon adsorption, zeolite runner adsorption, air reduction and concentration enhancement and other concentration technologies to improve the VOCs concentration and then conduct purification treatment;
High concentration waste gas: solvent with high value shall be recovered first, but after recovery, secondary waste gas treatment equipment shall be installed at the rear end to meet the emission standard; The concentration is 2000mg-10000mg/m ³ High temperature oxidation technology mainly based on RTO should be adopted for h;
Oil gas (solvent) recovery: condensation+adsorption, adsorption+absorption, membrane separation+adsorption and other technologies should be adopted, but secondary waste gas treatment system is usually required at the rear end;
Odor and odor control: Photocatalysis, photooxidation and other technologies should be used as appropriate;
It is prohibited to spray and absorb the non water-soluble VOCs waste gas with water or aqueous solution;

What are the common end governance portfolio technologies?
High concentration VOCs waste gas generally adopts RTO incineration technology. For relatively complex waste gas components, combined technologies can be used for an effective treatment, such as runner+RTO; Zeolite bed+RTO/CO; Activated carbon adsorption+CO, etc.
RTO technology: oxidize and decompose VOCs waste gas through incineration, and store heat energy through the heat accumulator to save energy consumption for incineration.
Runner+RTO: zeolite runner usually needs to be used together with destruction and oxidation technology (usually RTO)
Zeolite bed+RTO/CO: Zeolite fixed bed needs to be used together with destruction oxidation technology (RTO or CO)
Activated carbon+CO: activated carbon adsorption desorption can be used together with destruction and oxidation technology (mainly CO)
