Therefore, Xinxiangli chose the RTO of ATI Group after careful consideration and repeated comparison when selecting environmental protection treatment equipment. ATI Group RTO did not disappoint customers' expectations, achieving a combination of compliance and economic benefits. The treatment efficiency was>99%, and the emissions were lower than 30mg/m3. At the same time, the power charge of the whole plant was reduced by 2000 °/day.

 

ATI Group's governance line for New Xiangli is:
1) Printing machine full-automatic LEL air reduction and enrichment: before air reduction, each printing line has a large exhaust air volume. Under the condition of fixed vehicle speed and exhaust air volume, the VOC concentration of color decks with small printing volume is low under this exhaust air volume, and the VOC concentration in the exhaust air of color decks with full version will not be very high. Low concentration of production emissions will have advantages in terms of safety, but from the perspective of energy consumption, the more exhaust air, the higher the energy consumption of the oven. The more exhaust air, the lower the VOC concentration, which is not conducive to the self maintenance of RTO. The higher the energy consumption of RTO equipment, the cumulative increase of the total energy consumption of production equipment.
In view of this phenomenon, ATI Group has made corresponding transformation on the printing oven, designed energy conservation and emission reduction under the condition of ensuring safety, and through the addition of LEL detector and pipeline rectification, increased the circulating air volume to the maximum extent and reduced the exhaust air volume, so as to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction; The color deck not used during printing can be turned off to reduce the exhaust air volume. At the same time, the negative pressure of the production line oven shall be ensured to prevent gas overflow. The three elements of air reduction - safety, ensuring the micro negative pressure of the oven and meeting the standard of solvent residue can be organically combined by the way of fully automatic air reduction and enrichment;
2) The high concentration waste gas of the reduced air printing machine and the laminating machine is treated by RTO: the organic waste gas is directly connected to the RTO for combustion treatment. When the concentration of the waste gas reaches the equilibrium concentration (about 1.8g/m3) required for RTO self maintenance, the RTO basically does not consume fuel during normal operation, but only consumes power to maintain the operation of the equipment. The RTO air volume is 50000m3/h, RTO is a three chamber structure, the thermal efficiency is 95%, and the removal rate is more than 99%;
3) Waste heat generated by waste gas treatment shall be reused. After air reduction and concentration increase, the concentration of the waste gas after RTO treatment increases, so there is a certain amount of waste heat available for use. According to the actual needs of customers, ATI Group uses steam water waste heat recovery to recover the waste heat, and the high temperature steam and water generated from the recovery provide heat for equipment drying and heating, so as to further save energy consumption.
Finally, the treatment efficiency of>99% and ultra-low emission of less than 30mg are achieved. When using FID for actual measurement, the average concentration at the outlet is only 17.7mg/m3. The recycling of waste heat reduces the power charge of the whole plant by 2000 °/day (including RTO's own power charge). Finally, the perfect unity of social and economic benefits will be achieved.
